A long time supporter of this place but the past few time I have been very disappointed how the employees conduct themselves. 1... ) you do not need to sit on the counter where I can see your brand of underwear showing. Especially this is the same counter youare serving customers. 2.) The music with cursing blaring loud and clear needs to stop. I just accepted it since I was the onlycustomer a few times but the last time I went a father walked in with his children and the volume did not change with lyricsthat dropped the b word, f word, n word and mf word a few times. Reason for my 3 was because staff were sitting on the shelf with their bottom but jumped off as I walked in to serve me and the... place wasn?t too tidy as well as staff appearances and uniform it turn me off right away they move quickly/attentive but theentire image wasn?t how I would expect. I almost walked out but the fact they were still quick to serve me I stayed and thefirst staff made a ice cream for me very unpresentable so i ask the female to remake it more suitable and she did but theydefinitely can use some retraining and better supervision. Their intentions were good but phones laid everywhere the food ismade and the sitting on the counter were food is prepared was a shocker. Read more
Definitely one of my favourite Carvel locations! I try to come on Wednesdays because there?s a buy one, get one free for soft... serve on those days and it?s like a little treat. There?s an older white male that works here who is so kind and veryrespectful. He?s so helpful and patient when it comes to serving up your ice cream. There?s a multitude of flavours in thislocation like Banana which I?ve never tried (but is so good!). Everything is super clean here and the ice cream is creamy. Read more

Not much to say besides that they make exceptional soft serve in a variety of flavors. But don't be fooled by the big ice-cream... menu, because the thing most people come back for is Carvel's signature vanilla shake. If gold were a milkshake... (and ifgold was edible... ) Read more
