Place is very busy on Sunday and rush hour mornings. Do you know why? Tey have a lot of wonderful hard working employees who... make the trek worthwhile. The line moves fast..but parking down thatvstreet can be hard when the school bus depot starts tosend out the troops. When you go...send regards to Islam, Betsy and Charmine. The store only had a few items. They were extremely slow. Not to mention the rude and unprofessional employee who took a man to... places behind me (his order & rang him up, even prepared his items). Very poor customer service. You enter the place and only one worker there taking care of the on line orders, never acknowledge... or notices you. Make sure you have enough time to waste before you go, because you can wait at least 15 good minutes to get asmall cup of coffee. Never going back again. Read more
Maybe the masks makes it hard to hear but I ordered one thing and received another but because it was still drinkable I kept it... anyways. It was only ice tea. Also they?re kosher so keep that in mind when ordering. However their pastries were so fresh andyummy which is rare at many other locations. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Read more

Better then the one on Rockaway Turnpike but definitely still needs improvement. I order a large and it?s missing a nice amount.... Not cool! Next time ordering a medium or small. Also hash browns were raw and the app coupons don?t work. DK is garbage! Read more
