Order though the drive through order English muffin egg sausage and cheese. told to pull around front for pick up received my... order and they put it on a bagel which I did not order. If you don?t have an English muffin you should notify the customerinstead of substituting it with a bagel. Read more
They work hard! This is a super busy location and yes, IF an error occurs with my order (very rarely), Andy and team are... immediately correcting the order WITH THE NICEST PLEASANT GENUINE SMILES! Given the many customers at the same time and quickturnaround along with correct orders... I'd say they're doing it right. Read more

Andy and the crew are great. I am ashamed to say that they know my voice through the drive thru and tell me my order. I usually... get the same thing every time. They are very friendly and usually busy, which is good because they are doing it right. If therewere ever any mistakes with my order, they would make it right, but that is rare! This is one of the worst dunkin donuts simply due to terrible employment. People are very rude. Orders are always wrong. They... never make their drinks right and can't toast anything properly. Decided to keep it simple, took forever to order a donut and alatte today in drive thru. When I recieved the donut, it was not covered in the bag, icing was face down and the frosting hadmelted to the bag... the latte sucked too, like usual. Last time I waste any money at this location. It's a typical Dunkin'. It's not a 5 star restaurant. It's a place with good coffee and sandwiches. You won't go hungry.
