The Miami Lakes drive up pick up window is so convenient. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Great food and service except the mashed potatoes did not have gravy and I didn't find out until I got home from the drive thru.
Poor service. Stated no sandwiches available . Even the employees where shocked that guy behind the chicken counter said that... . Next time just say you don't want to make it. . Corporate I would definitely look into that I won't make that mistake twice .Drove 15 min . Have fun. Read more

Boston Market Corporate office needs to work better with the employees. I just left from this location and the staff was... unhappy. The staff was supposed to be off today but forced to work, this lead to very bad customer service and food processing. Took forever just to get corn, macaroni and to pay with one person infront. Soda machine was not working at all and the locationwas full of boxes . To be successful you need to work with tour employees to avoid giving the customer bad experiences due towork conditions. This place has gone to the gutter!!! Terrible service, food is tasteless even the cord bread was bad. This place will be closing... soon by the looks of it. Came around lunch time and this place was empty. Now I know why. Read more
