Horrible costumer service and always messing up with the order smh not coming back
Busy place, organized, fresh donuts hot coffee/chocolate had a great experience.

While standing in line I saw a girl walk in-and-out. She went up to the register, while everybody else is waiting and jumped the... line and the girl behind the register let her do it. The line there is always long and yet the people that are their friends orI don't know get special treatment I won't go there and l will tell everybody else not to. It seems like they treat theirpeople better I'm not one of their people I guess. Unfortunately, the people who work there are too slow and disrespectful, the other I bought an order, and they gave it to me... without a bag to go, I asked a guy who was working there for a bag, and he totally ignored me the other lady who works theretoo,,,,, told him to give me a bag, and he still ignored me, I was waiting for a good 3 minutes and I had to leave because I wasgetting late to work. If the owner of this place situated on 845 E 49th St. Hialeah does not do something about it with hisemployees he's going to lose a lot of customers, I've gone every day for the last 12 years to buy breakfast, and there're manycustomers who are not happy at all since the owner had the Brillant idea to change all the staff. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! howin the world they're going to give the customer their breakfast without a bag to go, and on top of that be disrespectful when weask for one. This dunkin donuts has great customer service Hilda the manager is super maylin and Ariela are amazing they always great every... one nicely the place is super clean and they donuts and food is always fresh I will recommend this dunkin donuts always. ?? Read more
