I was really impressed with the quality of customer service and the cleanliness of the store. All employees working with a happy... face , not just sitting in there laughing, doing nothing and looking bad at customers as it happens in the majority ofstores. Food(donut and wraps) was fresh,served very fast and coffee was amazing. Majority of Dunkin have too light or a littletoo strong coffee, but this one was perfect ???? Food is always fresh, supervisor has horrible customer service. And seemed to get bothered when I asked her why she was charging... me for tap water. It was the supervisor of the evening shift. Read more

I love this Dunkin, I have been going there for years now ever since I was in high school. The manager is such a great person... and puts enough bacon on my avocado toast :) Many places don't do that. Also the other co worker with white hair, she is a dime.I do not know their names but I know they work very hard and should definitely be rewarded for their awesome work. I know fastfood isn't always the best environment to work in but they definitely show proper teamwork and good people skills. Read more
