I love this place but their customer service is trash. The food is good and well priced for the portion you get. When it comes... to ordering food for the holidays these people are so rude! I've had people hang up on me and tell me to call back later. OneChristmas I even ended up without food because of them consistently telling me to call later. Just this week I have been callingto place an order and I was told twice to call back later. I'll just take my business elsewhere but as a business in the foodindustry you have to do better. I used to go often and stopped because of their rudeness. Read more

I love going here when I visit my family. This place has great food and service. The dishes are authentic and tasty. I gave 4... stars because the alcapurria was a little burnt and the oxtail needed a little more seasoning. I will definitely go back. Read more

The food in this restaurant is great! I ate the trifongo with camarones al ajillo. The service is fast and good. The restaurant... is always busy with customers waiting for a table. I recommend this place to anyone considering eating there. Read more

Got the mofongo with garlic chicken so delicious, but it seems as if my mofongo has bacon in it which I don?t eat pork so I had... no choice but to eat it since it was in there.. wish there was an option to opt out of the bacon like how I usually have it atother location including in PR but it was delicious! The coconut pudding was not my type of dessert. It was toooooo sugary forme. But I will dine here again. Read more

We really enjoyed this place. Our waitress was very patient with us as we figured out our order! The food came out quickly,... tasted good and were big portions. Read more

I was so excited for this place but this is not authentic Puerto Rican food. I cannot imagine that they have a chef here from PR... or anyone from the island even. Anyone raving about the dishes here did not grow up eating our food. With all the respect in theworld, everything we ordered was very bad. The tostones were soft and cold, the rice was bland, camarones al ajillo is NOT howwe make it at all. I understand the restaurant is half Cuban, I didn?t eat any Cuban dishes, but I can judge the plates of myculture and I cannot imagine (nor do I want to imagine) what the Mofongo tastes like, claiming to be ?la casa del Mofongo? whenlas habichuelas no tenían ese sazón boricua. It?s misleading that you call this Puerto Rican food ? luckily there are actualplaces in Miami where the authenticity of our cuisine is represented but this place is NOT it. Also, we ordered una alcapurriade jueyes and we got one with meat. Overall a waste of money and food as it went straight to the garbage. Terrible. Please stickto what you know. Read more

First time checking out this place. It was a bit crowded but we didn?t have to wait to be seated. Everything is decorated with... Puerto Rican and Cuban pictures. They had live music which was nice. And the food was excellent , but I wish they wouldn?t dothe sorullos (see photo) with cheese inside. Service was a bit slow. Read more
