I can't explain how the service is beautiful but the food was 2 hours late. I got my plate 30 minutes before my partners meal.... Mine was cold by the time his food came. They forgot our appetizer but it's okay because we got it on the house because ourserver forgot to put in the Appetizer and then they charged me for my sandwich full price when it was on the $6.99 happy hourspecial until 4 and we ordered at 3:30pm. Place is popular so be ready to wait between 45 minutes to an hour. Food was good and ambience was loud. They have security... inside so I can imagine things happening on regular basis, just as we were sitting we saw a heated argument among 2 tables. The food was good as always, but it seems the servings are smaller than Flannigan's in Doral. They did not serve on the tables... outside, only inside. This was bad because the weather was great outside. About the service, it was very slow. The person takingcare of us took forever to bring the first pitcher and forgot the second. My family and I were regular customers of this place, for this reason we invited my nephew, who is staying in Miami Beach since... he came on vacation from Spain, Europe; he is 26 years old and he wanted to drink wine in the restaurant. They asked for hisidentification, which I think is fine; When he showed his ID, the waiter told him no, that instead, he had to bring hispassport. I told him that we understood, but that the passport was in the hotel, and if we could talk to a manager; that hedidn't even listen to us, and he just said that he would have to bring a passport. I love to travel, and it is the first placein the world that tells me that an ID is not an identification document, for me and my family it has been something embarrassingbecause of that, we will never return to this place.
