It was crowded on this Saturday but the restaurant staff moved with efficiency. The host was very pleasant and so was our... waitress Angelica. We ordered the bacon temptation omelette but the omelette was made with about three strips of bacon inside.No bacon crumbled on top and the meat was scarce. I had to open the omelette to find bacon.??????????????? The decaf coffee waswatery. I asked for a fresh pot and it was okay but not much better. I would not have said anything about the omelette but Iwas asked by who seemed to be the manager/ host. He advised the cook and came back with some crumbled bacon which was nice ofhim.???????? We also ordered the steak omelette. ????It was good. It seems they have cut back on the portion of meat in theiromelets. The pancakes ?????were very good as always. I will try them again. We couldn?t even eat !!! We went to this place last night around 3:00 AM trying to get a table for 4 they have 3 tables in the... whole restaurant (basically empty) And 2 serves the waitress was so rude That we decided not to stay !!! !!! Basically she saidwe are too busy to take care of you, we can seat you in 30 minutes !!! It is unbelievable how such a great company like ihopcan?t have decent service!!! The food was great had a bad encounter with one of the waitresses, ( Crystal ) which was resolved with one phone call. Kiara... the Manager who addressed my problem is outstanding. In conclusion the food was delicious and the restaurant during all 3visits was spotless, this is the better location in comparison to the 3 other IHOPs near by. . Read more
Awful place. The floor was not swept , No body taking care of the cleaning, there was food all over the floor. The table was... not clean, I myself cleaned it and disinfected it . The utensils were dirty. The food was nasty too. I found a fly in mybreakfast. I order over easy eggs , they came back overcooked, and the rest of the food was burned on one side and uncooked onthe other, very awful experience Read more
