But seriously I just spent over $40 on 2 Cuban sandwiches and 2 tostadas [along with other... snacks] let me tell you this Cuban sandwich must've came straight from Cuba today ! I live five minutes from bakery 7950 w 28th and I am very disappointed. They have very bad service. After 15 minutes waiting in... the drive through, 4 people inside did not even attend to me. I had to go in because I have a leg injury and when I complainedto the supposed manager of today March 31, 2022 I treat myself with tremendous bad form that to be the manager or shift managershe does not have any good attitude and customer service I hope and the owners take action on this because no employee shouldhave that attitude with him customer, thank you and have a good day. Don't order from here if you're using doordash or any other service. Super unprofessional. 3 dashers showed up to get the order,... but it wasn't ready and after waiting for over 40 minutes- finally the last dasher had to text me to say they didn't havesomething I ordered. Didn't occur to the store to call me directly instead. First time I attempt to try it and it's the last. Ishould of stayed with what never goes wrong....Vicky Bakery. I give it 2 stars because the food is good. The service is pretty bad and the women that work there seem very to the customers... they know but if you?re not a regular it seems that they don?t even want you there. I waited 5 minutes to get helped even thoughI was the only person there. On top of that after I placed my order and paid for they told me the pastries needed to be made. SoI had to wait another 5 minutes for 3 pastries. I waited over 10 minutes for 3 pastries while being the only person there. Thiswas the last time I come here. The food is not worth the lack of friendly service. Read more

Food went in the trash just how you see it pictured here. The $12 egg sandwich was absolutely terrible the most dry tasteless... bread I?ve ever had not a drop of butter,Mayo, ketchup nothing. That pink stuffing you see there is supposedly ham and cheese???? & not to mention a completely watered down FLAT Pepsi .Please do yourself a favor drive a little further down the street tothe Publix plaza and eat at the Latin Cafeteria.
