Customer service is horrible, food was cold, employees handing food without gloves long fingernail polish, wearing jewelry, a... food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food. I approached to themanager to rise my concern (has a scar in his face) he said is ok to handle food in this condition I told him that's not true.In this place is a lot health code violations. Section 2-302.11 of the FDA Food Code guidelines states that fingernail polishis not allowed when working with exposed food. It also states that all food handlers must keep fingernails clean, neatlytrimmed, filed, and maintained. I just want to said even the manager doesn't know what he's doing. So while i do know that McDonald?s, like many other companies, has moved to online ordering, they?re still open inside and they... have playgrounds for kids. The reason why i mention this is that the inside is absolutely a mess and dirty, even as there?speople actively eating there?s a mess everywhere. I know there?s cleaning staff, and from my point of view they haven?t beendoing their jobs or making a consistent schedule to clean the inside area. *Update: I?m updating my review based on the fastturnaround this McDonald?s made after my initial review. No wifi. Not that it's slow or poor signal --there isn't any wifi network for guests. A/C good, music good, clean.
This McDonald's was a very nicely laid out place .... It included a PlayArea for your lil loved ones and a thoroughly cleansed... bathroom. The food was exeptional but the meat was a little smelly and the food was not properly called out. Other than that itwas awesome:) Read more
The customer service is terrible. I made a mobile order and when I arrived to the drive thru, I waited until the person talked... to me but I notice that she keeps attending the other line but not mine. She just refused to assist me. Then, the cashier was inanother planet! I had to wait 10 minutes for a smoothie and when I received I noticed it looked weird. I was already late so Icouldn?t complain about it. It wasn?t a smoothie. It was cubes of ice with juice. They didn?t blend it well! And the taste wasalso horrible, couldn?t drink it complemety???? Read more
