Worst customer service ever. I was waiting for 5 minutes in the drive thru for breakfast and the lady only came back after... breakfast time was over and she did not let us get our breakfast. Read more
You wont even get to place an order all team members focus in drive thru, you wait for more than 15 minutes, no one not even... management will acknowledge you. Poor management. Read more
Aside from making it incorrectly they also served me an undercooked double quarter pounder...didn't want to exchange.
it is quite sad that it is the mcdonalds that I have next to the house and you have to go to another one that is further away to... receive a better treatment and quality of food. The drive thru is mediocre, twice I have canceled the service because of thetreatment I have received because they do not treat you as a client, the entire team is totally unmotivated. Read more

This has to be one of the best McDonald's ever. We stop by every morning on our way to work. They are super fast and our order... is always right. Even when I order something special. But the best part is the crew. Even at 6:00 am I the morning everyone hassuch great energy. Especially the manager. She is a very special lady. Just a great way to start the morning. Read more
