Aside from making it incorrectly they also served me an undercooked double quarter pounder...didn't want to exchange.
it is quite sad that it is the mcdonalds that I have next to the house and you have to go to another one that is further away to... receive a better treatment and quality of food. I personally have written 5 times to the customer service and toy laugh at me, the beverage bar is always closed. I have been... going there for 7 months and is always closed. I have all the emails that I had send to the owner of the franchise and he donothing. The workers are fine, a little bit slow but fine, they do their work but the owner don't fix the problems. They forgot to put the other bun on the burger. My order was placed through the app so when I get there to be picked up. It... wasn?t ready. I had to go inside. The manager or supervisor is a mess. Clean and pretty fast compared to others Mcdonald's. Susana the manager was very sweet and attentive with me and others... customers as well. She really made sure I was leaving happy and satisfied. This has to be one of the best McDonald's ever. We stop by every morning on our way to work. They are super fast and our order... is always right. Even when I order something special. But the best part is the crew. Even at 6:00 am I the morning everyone hassuch great energy. Especially the manager. She is a very special lady. Just a great way to start the morning. Read more
