Food was good except the fries which were cold. I went inside and ordered using the pay station and asked to dine in and the... screen asked me to pick a number and have a seat. The girl at the counter ignored that and started calling out my number andthen realized that I was sitting down so she came and brought me my food in a to go bag instead of a tray and didn't bring menapkins or a straw. To be honest! This Macdonald Branch is one of the bad service and recently food quality is not as Macdonald experience, the... drive thru took long time and they talk with customer unpolitely, The last order i made it online and choose curbside took morethan 20 minutes, the hamburger not cooked well and the fries were sawgy and oily. Very nice service. The staff super helpful. Guy with red cap friendly and the lady going around to keep everything clean and... tidy was definitely a good experience. She was super attentive. Would definitely come again just for them. Read more
Disappointed with today?s drive-through service. The Chicken McNuggets I ordered happened to lack warmth and were dry ???? I... normally catch things like that right away, but I was running errands today and was in a hurry. This McDonald?s has no respect for its customers and there?s no food late at night. Every time I go here theirs no food. As soon... as it turns ten it?s as if they don?t care and shut down but they leave the drive thru open just to tell you their isn?t nofood because they don?t want to get up from the seat to make a sandwich or shake. As well as the person in the window laughingand mocking at me when I couldn?t even understand what was going on. We do not take cash! I am sorry I didn't know .. Please read to the end ! I arrive there ordering a crispy meal (Mc Donald's... fries is never to be missed !! The best ) I order a crispy chicken sandwich/ meal .. I think it's 8 or 9 $.. not sure! I arriveto the register window to pay, and the cashier tells me they only take cach . I said I don't see that sign .. So I checked and Ionly have 6 $ .. So she said I can only have the sandwich / non fries and coke ! I said ok, at least give me the fries .. Shesaid no I asked to talk to a manager so she said she is the manger (Samantha). I asked her to give me the fries , she said no. I told her it's just fries ! She insisted .. And I told her I will post this, and she was proud .. go ahead I don't care , myname is Samantha !! Bottom line is for Samantha and maybe the managers and the place policy behind her decision is 2 $ are moreworthy than the freaking customer !! Well done guys ! Read more

The food is like you would expect at a McDonald's. We know it's not healthy, but sometimes it just hits the spot. What I want... to talk about is the service and atmosphere. We were delighted to see that the playground was open again after the pandemic. So,we started coming back and the kids are as happy as can be. But, as I sit and do some work while my kids play, I experienceexcellent service from one person in particular....Amparo, who services the lobby. This wonderful lady makes us feel welcomedand goes out of her way to deliver extraordinary service. She has a beautiful soul and is someone I look forward to seeing everytime we come. Read more
