I?m never one to leave reviews much less bad ones. I understand timing and it being later at night, but I just passed by this... exact McDonald?s, one of the items in my order was a cheese burger combo #7. Although it could have been late at night there isno excuse to serve a customer burgers (more than one) without the patties. I find it completely unprofessional and direspectful. Read more

Great place, always order there from doordash, and at times I go inside to order from the kiosk. Only thing I recommend for... people, but doesn't bother me personally. Don't go to mcdonalds Monday to Fridays at 2 pm till 4 pm in this establishment.There's a school next to it and it gets filled with kids and start screaming, drama, fighting, and littering everywhere. Another restaurant added to the tendency of not serving any frappes when they are busy. Why the costumers have to suffer because... they are busy. We came from another restaurant with same problem in 68th St. It's like the owners don't care about this andFranchise owners also don't care about this kind of things anymore. Very very rude employees, They would not let me provide my drive thru code (which is just used to redeem points) and then you... one of my rewards - very rude staff, Ana and Joey were very unprofessional and explained in a very loud, rude and condecendingway. Basically arguing and getting loud as to why they are correct. Not even giving me a chance to explain that the previousday, I had just did the same thing but gave the number via drive thru instead. Both employees stated they were mangers,mcdonalds should hire people that are at least familiar with decent manners and basic customer service. Or at least not makethem supposed managers. Read more
I understand why they want to encourage using the kiosk, but I came in, in a rush, and they absolutely refused to take my order... at the counter. Terrible customer service. Even at a fast food establishment, I expect more. I don't need a lesson, I justwanted to get in and out quickly. Read more
Typical McDonald's. Efficient drive through. Fast, unhealthy food but delicious. Love the breakfast burritos.
