Line gets pretty long in the drive through at around 9 to 10pm. Apparently it's short staffed at that time. It was around 30... minutes of wait time and no way to back out because its a drive through. Read more
Slow service and now McDonald wants to force customers to put their order on the machine in the lobby to save money on cashiers.... I been to at least 5 stores in the past 2 weeks and they all have the same lie. Sorry the credit card machine isn't working butuse the machine behind you. News flash if you have 3 registers in the counter and all 3 don't work, well that means the managerisn't doing his or her job. But I just reply and tell them "NO" I don't work for McDonald's and I want someone to take my ordersince I'm paying full price. Now you give me a 50% off on the meal I would gladly take my own order. Employees need to wake upand smell the coffee, all stores like McDonald's, Walmart, homedepot that tell the customers to charge them sells, take theirown order and bag their own items, is to replace all cashiers and stores to save money and you will not be needed. Another restaurant added to the tendency of not serving any frappes when they are busy. Why the costumers have to suffer because... they are busy?. We came from another restaurant with same problem in 60th St. It's like the owners don't care about this andFranchise owners also don't care about this kind of things anymore. OMG No stars is more like it. I told my parents that I was taking dinner tonight...."BIG MISTAKE".. I bought 4 -10 pieces ... nuggets combo or 4# 6 not even one was edible and not even 1 sauce....fries were cold and stale....needless to say we atesandwiches @ home... No stars would be better. Worst McDonald's. Food is consistently cold and not fresh. Fries are cold and raw. Service is... horrible. Asked for chicken nuggets get no sauce and when you ask upon checking bags they tell you they are restocking now. Nonavailable. Had to go to Sedanos to get ketchup. Won't be back. Read more

I am super dissapointed. My meal was incomplete. I know it was McDonalds not the Door Dash. The bag has 3 stickers that kept it... close. It is very sad thay they are so careless.
