All food trays empty at 8:30, only thing available was rice. Refused to make more food with more then 10 customers in line. Said... they would make more orange chicken and what they brought out wouldn?t even fill a qt. container. I will continue visiting theMiramar location. Whoever owns this location in particular is really trying to make a dollar because they skimp you on the portions of meat. Read... the reviews and everybody agrees. Service isn't bad but isn't good. Mediocre service. I made an online order 3 hours prior to arrival and when I arrived at the time designated time the food wasn?t... ready ! And there response was there making it now ! I might as well should've order online because people who arrived andwaited in line was getting there food faster than me ! And the wait was longer than 15 minutes ! This store just opened somaybe it will be better in the bear future but as of now I wouldn?t recommend especially if you are in a rush ! Read more
I've had good experiences here on my two visits in the first month since they opened. You can tell some of the staff is in... training (which is normal when a new location opens) but they got everything right. There was definitely improvement from myfirst to second visit. Laura at the register was good as she is quick and is bilingual. She also applied my coupon correctlywhich didn't get applied on my first visit but no big deal. Food was good and consistent with other locations I've beento. Only odd thing I really encountered was the parking. Only a few parking spaces in front of restaurant and it was verycongested on my visit. It wasn't a big issue for me though. Read more
I love the Panda Express chain but this particular one is NOT a great reflection of the company. The food taste horrible, they... are selling burnt egg rolls and hot drinks. Providing very small portion sizes and cheating their customers out of food. Thegirl who fixes your food is very slick, she will take your order but fix someone else?s plate while speaking with you to makeyou think it?s yours. When I got home, my plate was half the size she fixed. It seems like the location rushed to open and wasnot properly prepared to do so? Read more
I Was very excited about this place opening?. I have visit them couple of times to find out every time trays basically empty... they cannot keep with the tray with food full?. always have to wait long time in my personal opinion I have visited other placean the space for the food is bigger also the portion the serve you is very little for what you paid for very disappointed ??
