I want start by saying this Pollo Tropical on West 4th Ave in Hialeah Needs to Shut Down. I am so fed up with how rude their... employees and Managers are. There is a red hair skinny girl that works the drive through who takes the orders she is veryimpatient. That red head name is Abigal and she has the most extremely disgusting attitude ever. Abigal and her store managerMirla are like two peas in a pot. I filed a complained to the manager Mirla about her employee Abigal nasty attitude and shejust stared at me like I had just annoyed her with stupidity. These two are in the wrong line of business. They have no peopleskills and no customer service skills. I pay way to much money for my meal and I think as a customer if something is given to mewrong I am going to have it corrected. Waited 15 minutes after placing order. Place was empty (only one customer before me in the queue) And despite the long wait, I... was missing 2 items from my order. I could understand if the restaurant was swamped with customers... however, there were only 2customers (including myself) so there really isn't an excuse for the long wait time and order mix-up. I will NEVER visit this Pollo tropical again. For starters Abigail with the red hair who took my order had an extremely... disgusting attitude in the drive through. She comes on the loud speaker and just says ?yeah? . . . Wow! Great customer serviceright. I didn?t say anything then she goes ?well are you going to order?? I proceed to place my order and when I receive it theorder is WRONG!!! The guy at the window was nice about and willing to change it but I was so annoyed and I asked for themanager. Merela was her name and her attitude wasn?t any better. She didn?t show any care or concern she seemed as if I wasbothering her.
