The employees are always so nice. They are always smiling and cheerful. The portions are perfect. You definitely get your... money's worth. The food is so fresh and delicious. I got upsold on the cornbread and man I'm glad I said yes. That isn'tcornbread it's cake. It was so good. I thought I might cut it and share some. Lol nope that didn't happen. Keep up the goodwork. Beware of lying drive thru employees. Check your order regardless of what they say. I ordered a Caesar salad earlier today and... it barely had any crouton?s or Parmesan cheese and worst of all, the employee at the drive thru lied to me. I asked the employeeat the drive thru if there?s any dressing in the bag, she said yes. I had a feeling she was lying, so I started checking to besure, she insisted it was there so I believed her. They are pretty quick to prepare an order from door dash for pick up. Haven?t had an issue with them in regards to pickup. I... would say avoid the drive thru from 12-2 due to long lines. Read more

Every time I go to this Pollo Tropical, they don?t have a certain something, like Cilantro sauce!! A lot of people go to pollo... tropical for this particular sauce. Another thing is I ordered a tropic chop and I get little bit of chicken, and the sideavocado is three tiny pieces. The best Pollo Tropical I've eaten from. All the food was fresh and the chicken was sooo juicy, well-seasoned and not burnt! I... feel like this is what Pollo Tropical tasted like when the franchise first started. The drive-thru moved smoothly, service wasexcellent. I ordered online. When I arrived, I marked that I was there and what spot I was in. I waited 20 minutes and nothing. I went... inside and my order was not there. I noted people coming and just grabbing food. Some guy grabbed meals for women. No control offood. Cashier and order fulfiller wouldn't help me. I got nothing. Very disappointing.
