I have been to many Polo Norte and ALWAYS love and refer them. This particular location is one that will never see me again. Our... server knew nothing about the menu, the food she serves or how to, well, be a server. I have NEVER in all my life returned adish. This was my 1st time. It was inedible. I'm handicapped and quite slow, but they deserved someone to have just walkedout... to top it off, at the time of payment, the server pressed a button incorrectly and the order processed with a 25% tip!!She didn't even try to fix that. Not a fan of Cuban style pizza or pasta. After you get to know the real deal, you don't go back. Staff was friendly and place... was clean, order was delayed due to backlog in the kitchen. They offer ice cream and Cuban food but didn't get to try those aswas collecting a family order. Read more

The food here has no taste the lasagna was burned inside it was bland and let me not talk about the service super bad to be... honest my mom said please dont ever bring me here again they took 40 minutes to bring the food tbe food was so bad that afterall that wait we didn't even eat the food of how bad it was. I love to come to this restaurant. The food is delicious and the variety of flavors of ice cream is incredible. The place is... always clean and the service is fast and courteous. If there is something wrong with the order the owner does whatever it takesto correct the mistake and gives solutions to make the customer happy. I love the soup, it reminds me when i was younger. I hopemore people can enjoy a great tasting meal like i do in this place. Read more
