There?s a lady employee that has the worst costumer service ever seen, i went with a friend of mine she was making fun of the... way she order her sandwich, when store was missing a lot of meat and vegetables, when i asked about the drink she said you canlook there what we have I don?t have to know what i have in the store with the worst attitude I asked for a supervisor And shegot the sandwich and it went directly to the garbage in front of me went to the back and decided not to answer when i wascalling her the other employee was just seating there eating. I believe the owner of this franchise should really consider hiring employees who actually were grateful to have a job and... definitely with out a doubt remove the store manager, whom is always chillin and attending customers in a (ugh what do you want)kind of way. Read more
I visited this Subway today and, although there was a very rude customer inside. My visit was okay. The manager there showed... great restraint. No matter how bad things got she didn?t loose her cool. She completely ignored the lady that was being rude andloud and continued to serve everyone as if the lady wasn?t there. So when I?m back in town I?ll be visiting this location again.Also the soda from the machine tasted a little flat so they should probably fix that ASAP. Read more
