The employees have attitude and their customer service is very unprofessional. They gave me attitude when handling my food and... messed up my order (i asked for all steak and they gave me all beef and chicken!!). They gave me no utensils to eat and theymade me park because of their timer. I had to go back to the drive thru for straws and forks and they gave me attitude. The guythat dropped the food off was missing 1 straw for 3 drinks and was rude. Read more

No rice in the bowl??? I ordered a bowl that came with beans, lettuce and cheese? no rice as the base. Ordered a 5 layer burrito... that had 2 layers? Ordered a crunch wrap no cheese that was loaded with cheese. Nothing was what I ordered but we were alreadytoo far down the road to take it back. Not sure how this location was rated so highly. Quiet and empty but this Taco Bell has price gouged all the menu items. It's less expensive to order from other Taco Bell... restaurants in the surrounding area. I don't think this location will last if it continues doing this. Read more
The employees are terrible. My order was messed up not once, not twice, but FOUR times !! I placed my order online and I went to... pick it up in the drive thru and I got the wrong drink, then I got half of my order, then I got the wrong sides and finally Iwas given the wrong food from what I had ordered. I never had to walk into a Taco Bell so many times to ask them to actuallygive me the correct order. The young employees were all maskless and they were not taking me seriously.. never again..
