I went yesterday to this location and I ordered a number 8 which cost almost 13 dollars, when I got to the window they gave the... complete wrong order, and on top of that when they change it the sandwich, well this meal is supposed to bring onions rings andbacon well it came with ONE LITTLE HALF PIECE OF BACON AND NO ONIONS RIGNS AT ALL, didn?t bring any sauce as well, it was just apice of meat with cheese , this is a almost 13 dollars sandwich When I went inside to let them know the employee including themanager were very rude and unprofessional instead of accepting their bad service , she just told me that the was the way thesandwich is, I ask for a refund, when I was talking to her she turn around, and the other employee were laughing, this is veryunprofessional and disrespectful, it is very important that Wendy?s which is a big company learn how to properly hires andproperly train their staff including the Managers, I will never eat at a Wendy?s again just because you should get the correctservice and food for what you are paying no less, and I will call and file a complaint because this is unacceptable!!! I just tried calling your location and got no answer but just wanted to say that we ordered a Combo that cost $12.00. When we... got to the window I was given the bag and some rude person hand it us a coke and said it has no ice. First of all, not a simplesorry or maybe a credit for the soft drink. I left and when I got home not only did the Coke have No Ice it was also Flat (NoGas)!!!! Please train your employees we are the consumer if there is something you are out of let us know while we are placingthe order not after we have paid!!! Lack of respect!!! Read more
