I went yesterday to this location and I ordered a number 8 which cost almost 13 dollars, when I got to the window they gave the... complete wrong order, and on top of that when they change it the sandwich, well this meal is supposed to bring onions rings andbacon well it came with ONE LITTLE HALF PIECE OF BACON AND NO ONIONS RIGNS AT ALL, didn?t bring any sauce as well, it was just apice of meat with cheese , this is a almost 13 dollars sandwich When I went inside to let them know the employee including themanager were very rude and unprofessional instead of accepting their bad service , she just told me that the was the way thesandwich is, I ask for a refund, when I was talking to her she turn around, and the other employee were laughing, this is veryunprofessional and disrespectful, it is very important that Wendy?s which is a big company learn how to properly hires andproperly train their staff including the Managers, I will never eat at a Wendy?s again just because you should get the correctservice and food for what you are paying no less, and I will call and file a complaint because this is unacceptable!!! I just tried calling your location and got no answer but just wanted to say that we ordered a Combo that cost $12.00. When we... got to the window I was given the bag and some rude person hand it us a coke and said it has no ice. First of all, not a simplesorry or maybe a credit for the soft drink. I left and when I got home not only did the Coke have No Ice it was also Flat (NoGas)!!!! Stay away from this restaurant, The night shift manager has a very nasty attitude, and they will never give you a receipt. I... applaud the fact that apparently Wendy's is hiring mentally challenged people, but having them performing a task above theirlimits is a bit abusive. The girl at the 1st drive-thru window asked me, "What did you order?" I had to re-order 3 times, evenknowing it was a very simple order, because she was either too slow or was too distracted. In fact she was taking so long thatthe nasty manager came to the window, and while I was waiting for my credit card back, she told me: "move, there are cars behindyou". She completely ignored the facts when I told her there was no problem, and I was not holding the line but instead waitingfor my credit card back. She also came to the next window, shoved the bag with the food toward me, and said, "Here you go." Itwasn't enough to repeat my order 4 times to the girl because they still got it wrong. I asked for 2 baked potatoes with butterand shives, but the butter was not in the bag. The chicken nuggets and fries were old and cold, and they didn't even give me areceipt. This is not the first time I find my self re-ordering by the time I get to the 1st window, I think the night crew arestealing from the company because, if you are paying with a credit card, you are going to have to repeat your self and re-order and, of course, you won't get a receipt. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for breakfast and my order was literally rock solid freezing cold like they just... took it out the freezer and served it as is, I went back to get a "fresh" one and it seemed warm on the outside and when I bitinto it, it was still cold!! Horrible service wrong close time wouldn't even let me order after I rode half an hour on a bicycle to get there when they had... still 15 minutes left till they were supposed to close all in all I'll do not recommend coming here very horrible place Read more
