The take out order was correct. The staff was friendly. The BBq wings and fries were fire. However, the lemon pepper (which are... my favorite) lacked seasoning. At one point I actually asked someone else in our group if they were plain. Still gets 4 starsbecause this is a rare mistake. Read more
I had a great experience. Jazmin had excellent energy and was a great help with choosing what I wanted to eat for my first time.
*WARNING* ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS ARE NOT ACCEPTED! I placed an order over the phone today at 8:15PM to try the new chicken... sandwich. I arrived 10mins later to pay the $23.73 total and wait for my order. When I attempted to pay in cash with a onehundred dollar bill I was told that they would only accept the one hundred dollar bill if the food was ready. My order was notready at the time and subsequently my order was cancelled. There is no signs that states anything regarding a policy aboutlarger bills nor did I find anything about such a policy online. I do not understand why my money would be accepted if my foodwas ready and yet I could not be serviced because I arrived 10mins before the time my order was estimated to be ready. I amdisappointed because I was excited to try the new chicken sandwich and unhappy with the way the situation was handled. I willnot be returning to this store. Read more
I placed an order online. It said ready within 20 min. I got in a traffic jam omw there so I made it 20 min late. The fries were... cold. I spoke with Brianna (hope I spelled her name right) and she was nice, professional and understanding of my situation ofwhich i was able to exchange them for a new hot fresh order of fries. While I did appreciate the customer service, I think thata better experience is to try and keep the fries as hot as possible for clients running a bit late. This particular location'sManagement may want to look more into how the holding process for orders can be hotter and fresher regardless if the customer isrunning late or not. Was somewhat surprised to not see many customers at this time. I did not wait in line too long for eithermy original order and the new fries. The location was clean and they had a UFC fight on the TV which I thought was pretty cool.Overall, I can't give this location a 5 but perhaps in the future I may change my rating after my next visit. Great atmosphere. Paula was amazing and the food was really amazing.
If you need some good wings made fresh and available in nearly any flavor you could want, Wingstop is the place to go. Fast,... fresh flavorful wings are what they do best here. Occasionally, the fries are hit or miss, but, the overall experience here hasbeen good. If you're really hungry, or you have a crew to feed it may save you a some money to get hooked up with one of theirsale items or value packs. Any time I need some good wings close to Miami Springs, Wingstop is my go to. Read more
I'm so glad they opened this Wingstop by my house, although it a little wait for the food, but they are always making it fresh... so it's better to wait. BUT ITS WORTH IT!!!! The lemon pepper and the original hot are amazing. If you have time definitely tryit out. Read more
First time trying this location. Ordered the Louisiana dry rub and lemon pepper. Both were tasteless. I should have suspected... something would be wrong because my order was ready 5 minutes after I placed the order. (Too quick) Bland, very greasy. Not whatI am accustomed to from wingstop.
