Big pretty sign over door that says WELCOME. I park, go to the door....locked. The dinning room is closed. You are not... welcome to go inside. I get back in my car and go to the drive through. Only 1 car in front of me. After waiting for a lengthof time, I get up to order. I said "I have 3 separate orders" (I'm ordering for myself and 2 other people at work) I'm told"We can only take 2 orders". UNBELIEVEABLE. Manager needs to be let go. I left and went to Checkers. Also, don't bother tocall them. They don't answer the phone. Read more

Can not get your order right. Make sure you double check it before leaving the drive thru lot. This is a consistent occurrence... at this location. The food still tastes like regular sonic food though when they get the orders correct. Read more

Waited 15 minutes behind one car at the window. Got tired of waiting so I drove away. Not about to wait for dry food. It looked... like the girl taking orders was hanging out with someone who didn?t work at the store, judging by the guy?s civilian clothes.Terrible experience. Read more

I ordered a WP combo chicken tender along with other items. Also did request a bunch of sauces. When I pick the items I asked... the person to make sure whether he included all in the package. He reconfirmed everything. I did not open the two bags becauseit was closed and stapled. But when I reach home and open, THERE were NO TENDERS or sauce packs. I am not worried about thesauce but NO TENDERS when I order it. Really dissapointed. I will never step closer to a sonic ever. Really bad. Read more

Sadly we continue to visit this location because it is the only Sonic close to our home.. I can?t even begin to describe how... badly this location is in need of some type of supervision. I assume there is a huge lack of management and training herebecause the service is horrible and looking at all of the other reviews, you can confirm that. I?ve had several bad experienceswith the workers here.. but my last visit was the cherry on top. The young lady at the window is extremely rude. Handed over theice cream blasts and then immediately shut the window in our faces and left to the far back. We stayed staring at her to see ifshe would come back to the window because we couldn?t even get the chance to ask her for napkins or even a cup holder, the cupswere all sticky and full of syrup all around. We decided to head out because she clearly wasn?t gonna come back to the windowuntil we left. In conclusion, responding to these complaints with a ?call this phone number? won?t fix anything, no one has thetime to call these hotlines to complain specially when you know nothing is going to change. I guess I'm not the only one that is going to complain about the girl in the drive thru, she is so rude and obviously don't like... her job. You should trained your employees better. You just lost another customer cause I'm sure you are not going to do nothingabout it. Read more

Apparently when you order at this Sonic your order is only a suggestion. Today I ordered a Chicken Club toaster which is a... hybrid chicken and club sandwich on a Texas Toast bread. Lettuce, tomato & bacon are part of the chicken sandwich, and even themenu details that. However today they decided that lettuce was a suggestion and tomatoes and bacon were not necessary at all.After driving away and taking a couple of bites, I realized there was no tomatoes or bacon and barely any lettuce. Only achicken patty, cheese and mayo were inside this barely toasted bread. I returned to the store and showed the manager whoreplaced the sandwich with another one. This time the sandwich was prepared exactly as the first. Makes me wonder if thekitchen staff knows what's supposed to be on the menu. So once again I returned to the store and asked for the manager. Theyoung lady at the drive thru said she was the manager and after my explaining the error on their part, once again, she saidshe'd make the sandwich herself. She also explained that they were out of tomatoes. Her sandwich was definitely better, but aquick.drive thru took me 3 tries and 35 minutes to get my order right. I'd like to suggest that a) your staff learn theingredients required to complete an order. And B) if ingredients are missing - like tomatoes - you notify your guests at thetime of the order. Anything else seems like intentional deception. One last thing, I also ordered two corn dogs. It wouldhave been nice if they included mustard with the order, as indicated on the menu too. I was extremely disappointed with thisSonic Drive-In today. It seems that their staff needs some serious retraining. I don't know if this franchisee also owns theone by Hard Rock Stadium, but that one has excellent staff who care about their product and their customers. I always leavethere is a smile!
