I call in for carry out and ask for extra cheese on my bread sticks and get told that "they can not do that because there is no... button for it". That just seems at best silly and at worst lazy but for sure annoying considering your cheesy bread sticks havehardly any cheese and what's there is baked too a crust. Maybe I'll just go to the gas station for my pizza orders. Read more
No salad bar ,no lemon for our water ,out of Thousand Island dressing, horrible noisy ,crackers for salad were old, not... impressed I will probably never return. The young man waiting on our table was very nice and kind. He deserves a better place towork. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and was told it would take 1/2 hour. Got there in 25 min, went to pay and it was higher than quoted on the... phone. Took several minutes but got it straightened out. Got my sandwiches and fries home and they were all luke warm. PLUS theycouldn't follow the simple directions of putting extra dressing on the sandwiches, they instead put in a tub of dressing in thebox. Just disappointed as the sandwiches are usually good. Food has been consistently made the last 3 times we've been in here. We took friends there a few weeks ago and the staff was... friendly and food was great. No mistakes in our order and friendly staff. Much better than a few years ago. Read more
You guys gave our order to another customer! We had to wait for your staff to remake the order, and your staff was entirely... unapologetic about the inconvenience their mistake caused. No remediation was offered - I can?t believe we tipped 20% for suchsubpar service. Read more
