I placed a complaint ref ordering a subway meal with the subway app on 10/5/2021. I was informed my order was never received and... that I would be required to re order and PAY AGAIN for my order if I wished to receive it even though I presented the evidencethat my ordered was in fact placed at this stores location and showed the order was payed for through the app as well asproviding my bank statement showing I had already been charged for my order that same day. The employees refused to assist withthe issue stating due to "their" system showing no order being placed on their end they would not provide the services that Ihad already payed for. When I informed the staff I would not be paying for ANOTHER order when I had already paid for a productI was not receiving they then informed me their was nothing they could or be willing to do even though everything was providedin black and white. I have ordered several times through this establishment with this app. They informed me they had to have thestore owner come and authorize a refund then stated they had no idea when they owner would be returning. Then proceeded todisregard me once again, I had to request the employees to take my contact information as well as my receipt number to get myhopefully get my refund and for their owner to contact me. They clearly had no intentions on assisting me in this matter ortrying to find a way to correct the issue. There has been no contact from this store and no refund provided. I have paid forservices not rendered. Read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches, took over 10 minutes because instead of doing their job it took 3 people from the line to figure out a... mistake the cashier had made on the order previous to mine. They offered nothing to me for the wait and only remade one of mysandwiches because it sat there the whole time getting cold and with a fly landing on it several times. They didn?t offer toremake the other, which sat in the bag getting cold also. An apology for the wait would have been appreciated. Read more
Always clean and friendly. The only down-side to eating here is trying to figure out the best time to beat the lunch crowd.... There is plenty of seating if you want to sit and eat, restrooms are clean and kept stocked. Read more
