Stopped in on a rainy dark day after touring the Hibbing High School. So pleased to see the covered outdoor patio and the staff... was so delighted to come out and serve us - although we were the only two out there. My wife had the Tuesday Taco and Margaritaspecial ‘delicious and very filling’. I had the macaroni and cheese pasta with beef brisket. Amazing.and very satisfying-I’m looking forward to having my doggy bag leftovers tomorrow. Generous portions! Overall the service and the food wasexceptional. We’ll definitely be stopping again! Came in for dinner and a couple drinks at 9:30 and were extremely disappointed. We had ordered drinks and promptly placed our... order. 45 minutes later our food arrived. The pulled pork nachos were cold and the chips were undercooked, soggy, and full ofgrease. The flavor was there but it was very poorly executed.The Cesar salad was overly drenched in dressing and the croutonswere soggy. The cheese curds came out beautifully and tasted great, and our drinks were great as always. The service was subparat best. My bill was over $70 with gratuities. I would have no issue with that had everything been great. I have dined herefrequently, and find a worse experience with each visit. I belive the management needs a change, but unfortunately think theowner is too focused on her new location to see the downfall of a once great location. UPDATE: The general manager Tony calledme for what I assumed was to gather more information about my visit there. In actuality, he called to "highly suggest I removemy review as it reflects badly on him". After refusing to do so and telling him how childish and unprofessional his call was heproceeded to hang up. Delicious classics with their own spin that makes them unique! It’s the perfect restaurant for when you want something... familiar but not blah boring. Good quality ingredients too. We got the chicken tacos and pulled pork bbq sandwich. Counting downthe days until we’re back in town and are able to swing by and eat there again! Oh and their dark nitro beer was fantastic. I come here very frequently and I normally have very good reviews. The food was very good and so was the service. The big thing... I have a gripe over is the management. As the table behind me was waiting for their food, the waiter who was on his first dayalone, came back very regularly, and explained the kitchen was a little backed up. The manager started talking to them and saidit was the waiters fault and it was his first day and he didn't know what he was doing. He gave them a round on the house, wentbehind the bar and was texting. I was able to watch 2 entire innings of baseball while waiting for service at the bar. Hefinally gets off his phone because someone compliments the bar, and proceeds to walk aimlessly around the bar and searing area.He came back and helped me with pull tabs because the bartenders were swamped. Again, I am fairly regular there and know howbusy it gets. All non management staff does their best and I am completely understanding for a few minute wait. But when amanager isn't doing anything to help his staff, that makes me wonder what he treats them like behind closed doors. Food wasawesome, servers were amazing, but management was subpar at best. Happy to have discovered BoomTown Brewery! Needed healthy eats which are a challenge to find on the Range. The sizable Salmon... salad was beautifully presented with fresh spring greens, ample avocado, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and an amazing dressing.Delicious! Tried the Buffalo Cauliflower app which was tasty even without the sauce (which I requested on the side). I wouldhave preferred prep w/o the flash fry, but still a nice option. Thanks to the friendly and attentive servers, Tiffany and Dave!The manager (? sorry I didn't catch his name) checked in at our table and gave us a little history on the building as a turn ofthe century trolley station. giving us a greater appreciation of the exposed brick interior and fun decor. We drove 2.5 hrs to Hibbing and were starving so we decided on this place , waitress was dull , the Buffalo cauliflower was... decent but under cooked , my wife ordered a WELL done steak and as you can see in the pic it was like raw inside and the firedwere horrible (see pic) it's like they cut up old baked potatoes from the night before and tried to make JoJos or something. MyBison burger was decent but for the price it wasn't anything special . We ended up just taking her meal off the bill . She lefthungry and I was very disappointed. Cool place in downtown. Great vibe. Trivia night was fun. Lovely bartender. Taco Tuesday special. $10/3 tacos. I got 6 -... brisket and Baja. Very tasty. 50% margarita was yummy too! I'll go back. Menu has a nice assortment of steaks and seafood, too. Read more

I was looking for a good steak while in the area. Stumbled upon BoomTown.. Server was a young kid that was on top of his game. I... order the seared ahi appetizer. Very good and came out quick. Drank a beer and then ordered. I had the Ribeye w/ garlic mashers,zucchini and squash and a side salad. I eat my steak rare and it was perfect! Veggies were perfect, mashers were perfect and thesteak was perfect. I couldn’t have been happier with my meal or the service! I would definitely suggest this place.
