While the food was okay, I was very disappointed in the customer service. We had a large delivery order for my family. We were... missing one item, cheesy ranch sticks, so I called the restaurant. I gave the woman who answered my order number from thereceipt and told her what we were missing. She stated she would have the delivery driver drop off the missing item. The deliverydriver never came back; therefore, I called the restaurant the next day. The man who answered the phone stated he had talked tome when I called the night before, to which I informed him I had talked to a woman. I gave him my order number along with myphone number. He insisted we did not have ranch sticks on our reciept, but I had it on both my paper and electronic receipt andinformed him I definitely paid 7.99 for them. He then insisted that they definitely sent out everything in our order and hedidn't know how we didnt get it - this after insisting he didn't see the ranch sticks on our receipt. He reluctantly agreed toreimburse me for the cost of the ranch sticks, but as of a week later I have not been reimbursed for the item we didnt receive.Because their food is mediocre compared to their competitors and the arguing with me regarding whether I ordered an item clearlyvisible on my receipts and refusing to refund money for something I didnt receive, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone andwill NEVER order anything from this business again. We usually have a good experience at this location but today was different. First thing was a thick layer of dust on the napkin... holders. And not just our table which was near the front but as I looked around, everyone's. When I went to get a salad, quite afew dressings were out and some not labeled. Then when I went to eat it, the black olives were clearly bad and I couldn't eatit. My husband who always says the fried chicken there is the best, couldn't eat his because he said the chicken tasted old.This was on Halloween at 5 pm. Only 2 of the workers looked to be really trying. The last was, I went to the bathroom, the bigroll of paper towels couldn't be bothered to be installed and instead sitting on the sink. Read more
Food was good what they had. Most of buffet was not full. Young man was working hard to fill buffet items. This was shortly... after opening. The place is extremely dirty. I know there is a shortage of help but management needs to do better. Read more
I went there twice on Sundays when they do breakfast and we were the first two in the building both times cause they had to... unlock door for us food was ok but floor was dirty there was food on the floor looked like no one vacuumed Saturday night and Iknew it wasn't from being busy that day cause we were the first one there the guy held the door for us when he unlocked it.Haven't been back since cause if the dinning room is dirty what's the kitchen like yuck. And the buffet wasn't full not manypizza choices. If it was clean Sundays would be the day I brought kids and grandkids in every week but the dirty floor justbothers me later on in day when it's busy I understand but right at 9 am should be spotless . Just tonight I ordered a combo pack for the family it included a pizza, chicken, potatoes/gravy and dessert. We received the... wrong pizza and it didn't even have sauce on it. I originally ordered a pizza with fresh ingredients and the one we receivedonly had pepperoni and sausage on it. The dessert we ordered was definitely burnt as well. No complaints on the chicken. Thegirl who took our order didn't seem to really listen or care much about what we were ordering and the fact she got the onlything we ordered with customizations wrong that kind of proved my thoughts right. The last couple times we've been here, food wasn't coming out quick enough for how busy it was. No new chicken or breadsticks... came out in the hour and 15 minutes we were there and most of the fresh pizzas coming out were of very odd varieties, not yourbig sellers. Additionally, on the most recent visit the bottom of one of the buffets had fallen over revealing the level ofdetail given to daily and weekly cleaning routines. All said, I still visit this location, you just need to know what to expectand I recommend placing a specific pizza order when you pay, to ensure you get something you want ???? Read more

Was told 40 minutes, ended up being 58 minutes. Called earlier, they said it left 15 minutes ago, I got it 10 minutes after... that, so 25 minutes to deliver a little over a mile away? Lady was a little rude on the phone when I asked if it was on the way.Got a barely warm order, warmed it up in the microwave, no sauce with the cactus bread, cold big cookie.
