(Edited to respond to the owner's comments.) The pizzas were very good, however, don't plan to add mushrooms (normally $.50) to... a Rosa specialty pizza, it will cost you an extra $2.75 instead. Apparently, if you change a specialty pizza, it becomes a buildyour own (BYO). So instead of a $12.00 specialty pizza it is $14.75 BYO. That's crazy! If you continue this practice, at leastinform the customer when they place their order. My point is... inform the customer when they place their order. Yes, I'm sureI'll eat there again, the pizzas WERE good & the dining area was nice. I just was not impressed with the customer service & howthey handled the order. Yay, they're open in the evening for their new Marra Forni brick oven pizza! We had the Buffalo Chicken and a build your own... Chicken Alfredo. Both were perfectly done, absolutely delicious with a very light and flavorful crust. You can even have beer orwine with your pizza. Super comfortable atmosphere too. Can't wait to go back! ?Update! Their wood fired pizza is absolutely incredible! Go for the Mediterranean and sub the olive oil sauce for pesto! Amazing deals... on fresh baked breads and other bakery goods as well. 10/10 store, will continue going here! Read more
This bakery has donuts in the morning and pizza in the evening using a state of the art baking oven. Reasonably priced, their... homemade crust rivals any pizza from Chicago or New York. A must-have if you are passing through Hibbing. Tip: if you likeyour pizza in squares or cooked longer, mention it when ordering. Read more
