BAD! I thought taco johns was supposed to be fast food not SLOW FOOD! Ordered soft shell tacos, got hard shell tacos and my... drink didn?t even have ice in it! I'd give less stars if I could. Food took about 20 mins total in drive thru then tasted horrible. Could not finish. Also after... paying and getting pops, we sat about 10 mins before being asked to pay again and given no sides to combos ordered. Took another10 mins for oles. Delays are getting unreal and the quality is not worth it. We will not return. Don't waste your time. Read more
Pretty decent food for a fast food place, the cashier was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The food came out relatively quick... as well. Only problem was many of the tables had bits of food on them still. Read more
I worked here for two weeks and didn't see any of the workers wash there hands not even one of them one time. I love Taco Johns,... I will not eat at the Hibbing Minnesota store. The potato ole's would be the safest thing you could purchase there only becausethey are fried. Read more
This is my large potato Oles & taco I got today. $21.76 to be exact. It was delivered by Door Dash & my LARGE ole had that many... in it. This is the taco. No taco sauce-no cheese. Called & spoke to Bezzie who blamed Door Dash driver/bag was closed up.Refused to send me new ole (I never asked for credit) she said no, unless I place a new order? Excuse me?! She then hung up onme & hung up on me 3x when I called back asking who the name of the manager working today was. (I asked nicely) I?ll be sharingthis with everyone! Disgusting. Read more
We were here today and ordered 1 super burrito with no guacamole and extra sour cream, 1 beef burrito and this is the receipt... we got!! When we questioned it we are told that one till said this order and the other one said what we really ordered!! Theydidn?t know what was going on so I just said give us our money back and we will go else where. The girl said she would have tocall management because she didnt know how to refund on a debt card. So should she just reorder everything? I said no and justgive us our money back. She said all I can do is give the cash back because I don?t know how to do it with a debt card!! I ordered 4 soft shell tacos ONLY meat and cheese... but that is NOT what I got!!! The last time this happened I called and... talked to the manager. I eas supposed to get a FULL refund. I didn't get that either! I'd stop going there but restaurants arein short supply around here. Read more
The hardshell tacos should have had a bit more in them. Otherwise the service was great & food pretty good. Thank you
