The Thirsty Moose is a place I look forward to making it to if I'm in the area (or taking the drive if I need a fix). Cold... beer, great staff, and excellent food. The location isn't huge and it can get busy at times, but I think that is how they cankeep prices very reasonable and the nice neighborhood feel they have. Beyond the simple/normal bar food they have a bunch ofunique flavors of wings, pizzas, burgers, etc. Some of my favorites are the Hot Newfy wings (not spicy hot, very tasty),Ultimate German pizza, and Reaper burger. I stopped in at the Moose while out for a bike ride. It might be my new favorite burger in the area. And the service was great... on top of that. I'll definitely be going back to this wonderful establishment to try more of the menu. :) Read more

You may have to drive a little to get here, but the food is worth it. I had the special, a philly steak sandwich with cajun... fries. The sandwich and fries were hot upon arrival. The cajun fries had the perfect seasoning providing a little kick. Thisfamily owned business has an extensive menu that will please any appetite included home made pizza. Read more
Moose Wings! Best wings on the range. I had to knock a star off the review because the price has increased with Joe Biden... inflation. $15 for 1 lb of wings is a little high. We don't come as often as we used to, but the wings are still a treat. Read more
