The biscuits were hard and half torn apart and what gravy they put in the bowl was clumpy and disgusting.
The way they charge for their breakfast and their chicken is unreal and their prices are just too high and they can't blame this... on inflation it was always high before the pandemic but rumors have it,,POLLO TROPICAL food chain restaurant is coming tohickory North Carolina next month and knocking down certain buildings they bought across the streets from these places andputting up their chicken place wait till you see what they got compared to Bojangles and prices it's healthier more juicy andyou get better discount seniors at 15 military 25 and it really is a better way to live like a home cooked meal you shouldresearch what I just said Bojangles deserve to be put out of business in South Miami all the way up through Florida Read more
Went through the drive thru ordered two 5pc chicken supreme meals and a three piece thigh meal. Got home and opened them only to... find no fry's in either supreme and the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen in my life. They were overcooked and dry. Thiswas terrible. Horrible location, I swore I wouldn't come back to this location but decided to give it another try. Well same results, staff... that acts as if they are doing you a favor by working, then you get back to your work to find that they didn't get your orderright. Ordered a (4) pc supreme meal with dirty rice, got beans! Paid for extra honey mustard, not only did I not get extrasauce, I received BBQ sauce. I ordered 2 gravy biscuits told them to add sausage & egg.. they barely gave me any gravy, really dry & not to mention they... never gave me my eggs & then charged me almost $11 smh just awful. They use to he a really good business but as of lately it'sawful. Read more
I think it's unfair to give them one star at this location. I stood at the front counter and listen to employees argue about who... was going to ring me up at the register I just wanted a half gallon of sweet tea you wouldn't have had to made anything youwould have had to reach into the refrigerator right beside the register hand it to me and I would hand you money and you walkaway instead they just argue thought it was going to take my order the length of the argument took longer than it would have totake my order. It's not like anybody at this location cares about customer service so we're even read or care if they did readthis review. Ordered a chicken sandwich and paid for it at 4:30 pm. I was the 2nd car in line, there was no wait time to order and pay. I did... not get the sandwich until 4:50 pm. Fries were cold by then. Several cars came and went. Patience is a virtue, but they needsome help with time management and efficiency. They did apologize for the wait. So thank you for that. Read more
