I called in an order last night for my mother's birthday picnic, and I was told that my order would be ready at 1030am. I... arrived and parked in the pickup space and no one came out to us. The doors to the dining area were locked, and there was noanswer when I knocked. I proceeded to call the phone number repeatedly while I waited in the drive through line, whiched wrappedaround the building. When I got to the place to order, which now was 30 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready, I wastold that there was no order that was written down last night. I then waited another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. When Iasked to speak to a manager the person who came out had a look of disgust on her face and was rude about addressing my concerns.I asked if the store was going to do anything to make the situation right for us which she rudely replied, "What do you want meto do?" I then waited another 7 minutes for her to come out and give me gift cards that were less than a quarter of the value ofmy order. We just checked the order and they got it wrong. The girl at He dropped through a window was really rude and said that they were completely out of catch up and the only thing... they had was honey mustard and ranch I do not believe that 1 it's not believed that 1 bit considering the car in front of us washanded catch up she was very ugly towards us she was very rude she charged us for 25 cents for honey mustard for children whenthey ordered A gravy biscuit combo with Bo rounds now if you're out of catch up and you're out of everything else why would youcharge when the next thing they ask for is honey mustard? I always walk in to order BC it seems like every time I go go through the drive-thru, my order is never ever correct. However a... lot of times the door is locked you can't go in and order in because they are way understaffed and this is the Bojangles onLenoir Ryne Boulevard in Hickory North Carolina. The young lady that usually takes my order is a young African-American lady andshe is definitely not polite and she can never remember my order correctly and usually never gives me the exact change. Bojangles in Hickory NC First visit to this chain. Didn?t rate it really, felt that even KFC was better than this. Difference... here is the southern food thing, and the biscuits were ok. Staff were ok and restaurant clean enough, but not really my thing sowon?t visit again. Read more
This place is filthy. Came in first thing this morning and it looked like the night shift didn?t clean at all. Floor was covered... with last nights biscuits. See pics. Waited 20 minutes to place our order. Only 1 person in front of us. It was long enough tolook around and see how dirty the place was. So we left. If the dining area looks this dirty, how dirty is the kitchen. Worstbojangles I?ve ever been to. Still love bojangles tho. Read more
