We waited 20 minutes to be seated, which was not bad at all. We then waited 15 minutes for a waitress to get our drink order, 35... minutes for her to get our food order (still didn?t have our drinks, she was waiting on the tea to brew). Then waited 20 minutesfor our food. We finished our appetizer completely without drinks. In the 2.5hrs we were there (6:20-8:45pm) our waitressprobably came to our table 3 times. Tonight was a near total disappointment. Our waitress didn't bring drinks nor silverware after asking for both more than once.... Our table wasn't wiped, sticky. Finally, I asked the manager (Jorge) for help and honestly, he was aloof and rude. Acting as ifour concerns were a nuisance. I told him if he would just bring silverware and napkins, we'd make do. The establishment is clearly under staffed but the food and drinks were very good. I wish I could have tossed on a uniform to... help out. Went in with 4 others at 10:50pm on a Wednesday night. After sitting waiting at the door for about 10 minutes we was denied... service cause they had to close off half of their dining room at 11:30 but it was only 11:00.
