We waited 20 minutes to be seated, which was not bad at all. We then waited 15 minutes for a waitress to get our drink order, 35... minutes for her to get our food order (still didn?t have our drinks, she was waiting on the tea to brew). Then waited 20 minutesfor our food. We finished our appetizer completely without drinks. In the 2.5hrs we were there (6:20-8:45pm) our waitressprobably came to our table 3 times. Just felt as though we were understaffed, and either we need to get more staff, or notaccept as many customers. Food was good though. Read more
Tonight was a near total disappointment. Our waitress didn't bring drinks nor silverware after asking for both more than once.... Our table wasn't wiped, sticky. Finally, I asked the manager (Jorge) for help and honestly, he was aloof and rude. Acting as ifour concerns were a nuisance. I told him if he would just bring silverware and napkins, we'd make do. Never have we had thislevel of service and we eat here almost weekly. Disappointment is the kindest word for what I'd like to say about the overallexperience. The establishment is clearly under staffed but the food and drinks were very good. I wish I could have tossed on a uniform to... help out. Can you really blame a server for bad service when they are holding down the fort alone? The Boneless Buffalo BarPizza was great! Hot but great! I placed a door dash order, when I got the orders, one of the wings still have feathers dripping with sauce. Totally nasty and... kills my Appetite. This is no excuse. Toss the entire order away. Read more
Sadly we dont go here anymore. The last 3 times here the service was terrible. Waited 10-15 min just to put our drink orders.... The waiter not only ignored us but walked by us 5 times and wouldnt even look at us. When the food go there it was cold. Wedidn?t even finish our meal. Paid and left. Not tip of course. Ordered off the mobile app for lunch and when I got there to pick it up it was missing sides. They never put stuff like the... salsa and sour cream with your order. Happens everytime. Girl was not happy about having to go back in the kitchen to get it.Also got the chicken taco and there was no pico on it and they were extremely dry. This place has gone down hill alot. Read more
Literally the worst dining experience I?ve had in?well, forever! No one even knew who the server was. After waiting 15 minutes... at the hostess station, I asked if we sat ourselves. Sitting was 15 minutes more before we were even asked for drinks, food camerelatively quick, but was average at best. Our beer didn?t come until I got up and asked who was our server. Went in with 4 others at 10:50pm on a Wednesday night. After sitting waiting at the door for about 10 minutes we was denied... service cause they had to close off half of their dining room at 11:30 but it was only 11:00. They had one party and no one elseand all of the tables open around the bar. This is why I never come here, not the first time this has happened. Read more
