Usually the Chipotle in Hickory does really great with customer service and quality! But for this trip. It didn't go as usual,... the service was lack luster. You could tell they were not too excited to be at work. I also ended up getting food poison (immahope thats it) and so I'm going to be starting this day off on the wrong foot. Please be weary! If I could give it a 0 I would . Staff was rude to my fiancé and I . Told us most of their product was out of stock so we ended... up getting a bowl with just rice and a protein. It was 45minutes until they closed so I felt like they were just rushing us outand that the ?toppings? we wanted were actually in the fridge underneath them but i guess they didn?t feel the need to open upfresh veggies before close ? Not completely sure honestly. Another time before that occasion they had got our orders all wrongand offered to just put what we actually wanted in little plastic sauce cups instead of remaking our order the way we wanted.Tried giving this place chance after chance but it seems like they don?t care at all about the customers and if it?s under anhour before close you aren?t getting much with order cause everything?s ?out? . Food is delicious as usual, friendly service. They probably (like every where) are understaffed, we couldn't find a clean table.... I think these kids were doing the best they could in the situation. Of course I'll be back, it's a whole delicious meal wrappedin a tortilla served with a smile. The green sauce. Salsa Verde is real reason I go it's exploding with flavor. Read more
Not a single time that I've ordered from this Chipolte have they gotten my order right. They forget the chips or mess up the... bowls every single time. I've tried to space out my orders in case maybe it was a fluke, but now I'm convinced they just don'tcare. The orders are so incredibly wrong. Both me and my husband's orders were wrong tonight. Not bad. Very fast service. Nice employees. The food was good. The dining room was not clean at all. Every table had food on... them. Had to wipe the table off with napkin. Nobody cleaning tables. I will probably come back. Affordable prices. Sour cream islike water. Very thin. Read more
