Horrible horrible horrible, spent over half an hour in line cause there computer system wasnt working correctly , they build... the place sonypur trapped in one you enter drive through lane . Was served a walking taco which had as much covering the outsideof the bag as the inside. Which also the walking taco is way over priced for what you get . I informed them before that there's too much Cole slaw "juice", apparently to no avail. Got 4 hamburgers and fries today, and... once again the Cole slaw juice leaked out of the sandwiches and ate through the bottom of the bag. Managed to save them beforethey hit the floor, but how about draining that slaw before you put it on the sandwiches. Please. Read more

Only got milkshakes. They were great. Nice and thick. Employee that waited on us was very pleasant and friendly.
Our orders were wrong, cold, stale, and it was 30$ the tea and fries were the only good part. The burgers were so tiny and our... hot dogs look terrible. Everytime I come here it just gets worse and worse. Read more
What happened to cookout? Last 2 times our order has been wrong. Like drinks wrong and wrong milkshake and even food item wrong.... And when did they change their burgers. They look like McDonald?s slivers now where they used to be these beefy backyard cookoutstyle burgers. It?s gone downhill so fast. Let me start out by saying that I love cookout! The food is great and it?s cheap! You can?t ask for much better than that. ... However, this particular cookout is awful. They couldn?t get your order right if their lives depended on it! I?m not sure howhard it is to make a sandwich plain, especially when it says it right there on the receipt. I can?t remember a time that theyhaven?t messed my order up. A few cashiers are nice but the rest are rude and act like you?re inconveniencing them by askingthem to correct your order.
