Well the food was good as it is all the time but as I have found out the customer service and general atmosphere has a lot to be... desired for in about all of the Hardee restaurant's I have eaten at. I haven't had that bad experience at the Hardee's. I went there many many times. The only thing is I feel like breakfast is way... overpriced especially a biscuit and gravy. And every time I order a biscuit and gravy I order that the gravy be over the biscuitand not in the container because the little styrofoam container the gravy taste like Styrofoam when it's in the container. I had to drop my rating of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3. I have been ripped off 3 times now. First time I ordered the bacon... beast biscuit and there were only 2 pieces of bacon on it. There were supposed to have been several pieces on it. So I paid morefor this biscuit, when they really only gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I told them about it the next morningand was told that I would be taken care of because of it. I ordered the same thing again, but it was the same. Definitely wasnot taken care of. Second time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and when I got to work, there was no bacon on it! Thirdtime I ordered a couple of sandwiches for breakfast, the bill was for $8.32. I gave them $8 in cash and asked them to charge mycredit card the remaining 32 cents. That evening, I checked my account and my card was charged $6.30!
