Well the food was good as it is all the time but as I have found out the customer service and general atmosphere has a lot to be... desired for in about all of the Hardee restaurant's I have eaten at. Got sausage biscuit at 8:30 am....you would expect a hot biscuit that early in the am, right?Must of been left from day... b4....sausage cold and rubbery, biscuit cold and hard...hash rounds tasted like old oil...traveling or we would have gone back. Avoid this place! Read more

I haven't had that bad experience at the Hardee's. I went there many many times. The only thing is I feel like breakfast is way... overpriced especially a biscuit and gravy. And every time I order a biscuit and gravy I order that the gravy be over the biscuitand not in the container because the little styrofoam container the gravy taste like Styrofoam when it's in the container. I like Hardee's it's never busy an after you order you find a place to sit and they bring it to your table. I love the Angus... beef with swiss cheese and mushrooms, can't be beat!! I don't understand why it's never busy the price for the food is just asmuch as any other fast food place with half the wait Read more

You have to Ask For Fresh Food. If you dont you will get food thats been sitting in window all morning.they gave me old... biscuits, then said it would be 15 min on fresh and its 9 am in morning. So i just ask for my money back. Manager had anattitude because i ask for a fresh biscuit.I got had again. Jan 29 2020. Brown hard eggs and rubber biscuits. I had to drop my rating of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3. I have been ripped off 3 times now. First time I ordered the bacon... beast biscuit and there were only 2 pieces of bacon on it. There were supposed to have been several pieces on it. So I paid morefor this biscuit, when they really only gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I told them about it the next morningand was told that I would be taken care of because of it. I ordered the same thing again, but it was the same. Definitely wasnot taken care of. Second time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and when I got to work, there was no bacon on it! Thirdtime I ordered a couple of sandwiches for breakfast, the bill was for $8.32. I gave them $8 in cash and asked them to charge mycredit card the remaining 32 cents. That evening, I checked my account and my card was charged $6.30!
