Staff very rude after attempting to correct missing items from order. I heard the manager on duty at 2:30am Saturday November... 19th shout "Hell we'll just put it on the house" after we tried to get the items we had already paid for. Very unprofessional,uncalled for, and rude. Food also looked like it was tossed into the bag from across the room. Highly do not recommend thisplace. Read more

The lady that took my order was very friendly. I have never eaten at jack in the box before this was my first time and it will... be my last. I got the 10pc nugget meal and I got my 2year old a cheeseburger kids meal. He didn?t like his so he ate some of mynuggets. The next morning about 5am he?s throwing up horribly won?t stop. Then a little bit later diarrhea horribly. I don?tknow if the food wasn?t cooked correctly, it looked fine before I gave it to him. Or if someone preparing the food touch rawmeat and didn?t wear gloves/ wash hands. But he got sick from here and I will NEVER BE BACK. !!! That?s disgusting. Read more
