Staff very rude after attempting to correct missing items from order. I heard the manager on duty at 2:30am Saturday November... 19th shout "Hell we'll just put it on the house" after we tried to get the items we had already paid for. Very unprofessional,uncalled for, and rude. Food also looked like it was tossed into the bag from across the room. Highly do not recommend thisplace. Read more
Always a great place to eat at any hour of the day. I have always loved that they serve breakfast and dinner when ever you want... and it's always freshly made and quick compared to many other restaurants. Read more
Stopped by with my daughter and grandkids, on my way home up the mountain. Went thru the drive thru. The service was quick, the... staff were all pleasant, and best of all, the food was hot and delicious. Read more

Very down to earth staff. Not overly nice but to the point, which I can appreciate. The only reason I do not rate this location... with 5 stars is because the food quality has not been the best when I have visited the past couple of times. Read more
I've been to a lot of fast food places while doing doordash. This is by far the worst place! While picking up the order, they... decided to argue with me even though I showed them the order on my phone. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they made itworse. I ended up paying for it out of pocket because of it. I would recommend NOT to go there!! Read more
I love Jack in the Box! I think this is the first time I've been to this location, but whether near Charlotte, NC or in the... Statesville area, I've always had a great experience. JitB is a better class of fast food; lots of different foods on the menu;they are affordable, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is always hot enough to burn your mouth if you dig in rightaway (a good thing, and only in reference to the cooked stuff). As pictured, tonight I had the tiny tacos, 2 regular tacos, abacon/swiss burger, and a 3pc eggrolls with sweet/sour sauce! Thank you Jack in the Box, you never let me down!! The lady that took my order was very friendly. I have never eaten at jack in the box before this was my first time and it will... be my last. I got the 10pc nugget meal and I got my 2year old a cheeseburger kids meal. He didn?t like his so he ate some of mynuggets. The next morning about 5am he?s throwing up horribly won?t stop. Then a little bit later diarrhea horribly. I don?tknow if the food wasn?t cooked correctly, it looked fine before I gave it to him. Or if someone preparing the food touch rawmeat and didn?t wear gloves/ wash hands. But he got sick from here and I will NEVER BE BACK. !!! That?s disgusting. Read more
