I never have issues with KK but This location and store is a joke. 20 minutes in the drive thru, just to be told that 4 types of... donuts were either available ONLY on certain days or they just didn't have them. Also, dont ask any specific questions you willbe met with an attitue. You will also need to speak very loudly. First of all. WON'T be back. The staff began hateful and rude over the intercom when we asked questions on availability of... items. Short, sarcastic response to everything we asked which seemed odd since there was no line or anyone ahead of us stressingthe staff. The window woman- not the same as the order taker- was short and seemed angry with the basic request for a couplenapkins as she slammed the box on her register to grab some and thrust them aggressively at us. Despite her rude gesture,assuming she was having a rough day, my husband told her thank you and have a great day- which was answered with a silent windowclose in his face. We've had issues with hateful staff here before but this takes the cake. Obviously the manager doesn't careor this would have been handled by now. 0/10 Read more
What is the point of having a Krispy Kreme store if you can't go inside and get hot fresh doughnuts??? They are seriously pick... up or delivery only now. Oh and did I mention their website and app are down so you can't even order online to have it deliveredor pick it up. You either have to call or wait in line at the drivethru. And the kids they have working the drive thru could usesome manners. My husband went for donuts with our son today and they received excellent customer service experience. Chas (sorry, not sure... about the spelling) was so nice and went above and beyond his duties to make their visit special. The donuts were beautiful andfresh. But more than anything, I want to say thank you to Chas for being such a great person. Read more
These guys are doing the good work today. I went somewhere else they were rude like you gotta get them early... People have... lives outside of donuts sadly... They prepared properly for National Donut Day. Also, Thank you for handling the situation withgrace and many donuts! The deal today has people wrapped around the building and into the road. Buy one dozen of donuts get a dozen chocolate for just... $1!! Definitely got me in line. Can't pass up a deal like this. Read more

30 minutes in drive thru and 2 cars moved. Lobby is always closed...which is dumb. You will lose more business that way because... people don't want to sit in line 20 plus minutes. I ended up leaving and saw 2 other cars in line leave also. Read more
