Update: the owner Leslie is very kind and reached out to me concerning my experience. They took information about the servers... and it shows they do make an effort to correct things to try and provide a better experience for their customers. Thank you forthat and i am hoping our next experience there will be more pleasurable since we do love the food! Me and my family have comehere several times, and it?s absolutely crazy that we have never had a good experience here. I never had issues at any mellowmushroom except this one. It almost feels personal because we can walk in with no wait time, sit, order our food and every.Single. Time. We have to wait over an hour for our food and people who are seated AFTER we order get their food before us. Ithas happened every single time we have come here. I mean not just one person but several tables will be seated after we orderand they will all get their food and some even FINISH AND LEAVE before we get our food. We are a family of 4, we usually get onesometimes 2 pizzas max and an app. It blows my mind. The customer service has its on and off moments with the servers theyaren?t the best servers either. The food is reasonably priced, prepared properly, and tastes okay, though not exceptional. There is a good deal of variety on... the menu, with a large vegetarian selection. They have inventive and tasty cocktails. Do not choose this location of MellowMushroom if you are in a hurry. The service on our visit was lackadaisical at best. It was not busy, and they did not seemshort-staffed, however, there was a 40 minute wait for our food, and my wife's request for a water refill has to be repeatedafter a long wait, and was only given as the server was bringing our check. Love the Spinach Artichoke Cheese dip! Tried a thin crust House Special pizza! My new favorite for sure. The thin crust has so... much more crunch and flavor. Service was a little slow but it was Saturday night. Took 30 minutes to get our 2 pizzas. Read more

The food was amazing. It took a while to come out but it is because of low staffing. The cleanliness is what drops the score and... the customer service too. They are not rude but not apologetic about the glasses being dirty. We asked for a beer that never gotto us but again the food was amazing. Read more

We just left and it was great. The service is slow, very slow. However the food is amazing! We had the house pizza and it was... great. A couple of us had salads and they were good too! We really like this place and I can say expect slow service but alsoexpect great food. Gotta give props to the balloon lady. She was awesome. Made us forget about the slow service.
