The food was great but the experience was kinda ruined by the manager loudly and angrily fussing at the staff for things that... were just not their fault. Something malfunctioned because it got too hot and he screamed at all of them like they purposefullysabotaged the timer for the chicken. The staff that handles your food are all such nice people, but the manager was a jerk. Read more

The people working were very nice and positive. They were unorganized. For 4 people working there they let the line back up.... Part of the problem was online orders were messed up which made a huge problem. I waited at least 15 min. To order. My son hadwent next door to firehouse at the same time I went to moes got his sandwich and had finished eating it before we even checkedout. What's this about not restocking certain items at 7:00? Cilantro lime rice was completely out. If you run out of both ricesare you just not going to serve rice? The top of the food case was also covered in dust, cleanliness is an issue. All I wanted to do was have a nice quick meal with my boyfriend. I was so excited to come back and try Moe's again because I... hadn't been there in years. However this changed whenever I decided to order one of the $14.00 bowls. I ordered the one withdouble meat and cheese, so I was happy because it sounded so good. Then when the girl working made the bowl she took two scoopsout of the bin of steak. The spoons had barely anything in them each time. My boyfriend noticed and asked if I could have morebecause its supposed to be double meat (emphasis on double). She then told me it would be an upcharge... I'm already paying fordouble meat? After telling her no, she went on to make my boyfriends and proceeded to put the biggest pile of steak on there.Yet she wanted to skimp out on mine. Now I know this is food, but the attitude and disrespect was revolting. After checkout Iwent to my seat and realized I had lost my appetite and I couldn't eat. So I decided to go up and ask for a manager to talk toabout it and show how much meat they actually gave me. I was told the manager went on a smoke break and would be right back.That wasn't the case because all the workers decided to huddle in the back gossiping about the situation.
