Went in was seated about 5 minutes later which wasn't bad for lunch time. The waitress was very friendly she was a tentative she... came back good amount of times without being overly hovering. Absolutely worst experience, ever! We've eaten at this particular one, and it was great. But the service was horrible this time.... The waitress took 15 mins to come, only after I had to go see if we could at least get our drinks ordered. She came to our tablebeing very rude, walking away slamming our menus on the table beside ours. So hard that the other dinners were talking about it.Of course our decision then was to not dine there. I called and talked to the manager, who was friendly and offered to make itright by talking to the wait staff and emailing me a gift card.. which was very nice. Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I come back year after year, holiday after holiday for your create your own pasta and... awesome desserts! Everything on the menu is good and the service is amazing! The fact you have gluten free Italian pasta isreally important for my family so thank you for that as well! Read more

Second visit in a row where the customer service experience was really good. Food was good. Three of the people in our party... all received cold broccoli however they brought some more and offered a free dessert or gift card for the inconvenience. Weopted for the dessert pictured for my Mom and Dad! Overall almost as excellent as my last visit. In defense of that remark, itwas slower last time(this visit was obviously Father's Day but they were adequately staffed). Recommend this place for a goodmeal! Read more
