I had ordered a Protein Bowl for pick up and completely forgot to remove the peanut butter from my ordered. I called and even... though they had already made the bowl, they offered to remake the bowl without the peanut butter which was incredibly nice as itwas my fault. My first time trying this place and wow! It's so good. I got a snack size and it was plenty. Good servings and very filling.
As close as I can get to Aloha in this neck of the woods. The snack size is plenty big. And really, it's kind of a treat because... the fruit is healthy but the whole thing is kind of a lot of sugar - all natural! but still sugar. I think the Queen City is myfave. Read more

I came to this place not sure what to except, but left with a smile on my face. As an athlete who works out consistently, I came... here looking for a nice protein meal. What I got was better than what I would usually get from any other smoothie house. Theirprotein smoothie and protein bowl are just wonderful, healthy, and incredibly delicious. A great place to get a acai bowl or smoothie. Bowls are jam packed with acai, fruits, nuts (and nutellla). Smoothies are thick... and full of fruits also. Very refreshing menu. Small dining area yet plenty large enough to be spaced out and comfortable. Staffhas been consistent, friendly. Read more
