Up this way for a wedding and decided to try this place. Completely blown away! Never thought I would find such excellent... seafood in the middle of North Carolina. We started with 2 dozen oysters. They have 10 varieties of oysters and they let uscreate our own "flight"of oysters enabling us to sample all 10 varieties! Then my wife got the scallop plate and added snow crablegs, both of which were excellent. The scallops were especially good. I had the lobster bake which included a whole Mainelobster, clams, mussels, potatoes and corn. Couldn't have been better. Service was great too. If you're ever in the area. Give it a try! Read more

I was referred by the owner at the Cardinal in Boone. One super place led me to another SUPER place. Oysters were wonderful. ... The staff was exceptionally marvelous. We have been here many different times and have never been dissatisfied with our food nor the staff. I was here when there was a... woman that complained about her food and the prices that it’s not what she expected and was very disappointed. Well the pricesare on the menu. The server was awesome and accommodated her while she was trying to shuck our oysters and keep her happy. Ilove coming here for the food and the awesome atmosphere. Read more
