This place has gone way down since these people took over,same Ole thing on buffet all the time and it's NEVER HOT. Pickings are... very slim. And there was 2 flies all over the salad bar. There's more and more things missing from the salad bar like baby corn and chocolate pudding, banana pudding. Very seldom see any dessert pizza on the buffet. Walls and carpet is filthy, ohand the bathroom looks like something from an old service station disgusting. We have made our LAST TRIP THERE. IT'S HORRIBLEAND PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND THE LOOKS OF THINGS. Read more

Update: 8/26. 4:30pm. Looks like they hired a few new young men. One making pizza one cleaning the dining room. Pizza was hot... bar was full. Dining room was very clean. Also woman at the register was very sweet. Unlike the last time we were here. I'm verypleasantly surprised.! Read more
We had the buffet & salads. Everything was good & fresh. The pizza offerings were a bit slim when we came in, but they were open... to requests, if there was something that you specifically wanted. We plan to eat there fairly often. Read more
Friendliness is not on the menu. Same for cleanliness. We were there for about 40 minutes and 2 of the tables sat uncleared the... entire time. We only saw a gentleman walk around once to clear tables. The lady refilling the salad bar looked miserable and hadheadphones on. There were 5 people behind the counter all standing there eating. The garlic bread was never refilled while wewere there. The 5 hard as a rock pieces in the pan looked awful. The price is good, but you get what you pay for here. First andlast visit for us. Unique experience in ordering a medium Pizza double pepperoni extra cheese. Had to inquire on the progress of our pizza and it... had been forgotten about. When we did get our pizza it had three to four pepperonis per slice and no extra cheese. When askingthe young lady up front if this was considered a double pepperoni extra cheese she just grinned and said yes. Compared the pizzato their Buffet pepperoni pizzas and it was exactly that. I feel like I had been misled and taking advantage of in thissituation since I paid for the food in advance. Probably will never go back to this location in Hickory. The food was good withthe exception of getting the wrong Pizza and no consolation for their mistake. Read more
I wanted this place to be the Pizza Planet, but it's in a church. I wanted the Pizza to be good but instead, we ate Cardboard... with dollar tree tomato sauce. Service was to prompt, every plate we got they were didn't allow us to feel the fat kid feeling.No one goes to a buffet to feel skinny, and when you take away our plates we don't get to admire our bad choices. Also, thechurch theme only makes me pray to never come here again and eat there Sam's club salad bar. Read more
Be careful about looking up menu for this place. I went expecting to pay $7 or $8 for buffet. Daughter and I left there paying... $29 dollars for lunch????????. Wasn't fond of the pizza or spaghetti but their soup and salad was really good. Read more
